Parking information
The apartment has two dedicated parking spaces located next to the entrance of the apartment.
It is important to park cars as shown in the picture and not in other spaces
around the parking court as they belong to other properties.
House policies.
It is essential to read the following carefully to ensure a peaceful and pleasant stay.
- The main guest must be at least 18 years old.
- Guests must keep the accommodation in good condition and use it carefully and lawfully. At the end of the rental period, guests must leave the accommodation in conditions that, once cleaned by our staff, it is immediately habitable for subsequent tenants. Costs for repairs and maintenance to the premises or furnishings caused of wrong use of the premises, will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the registered credit card.
- Guests must dispose of all waste generated during their stay in a lawful and legal manner, as explained later in the guide.
- No pets may be brought into the property or its surroundings without the express consent of Canguro Italy Srl.
- Sub-letting the property is prohibited.
- Number of guests must be the one indicated at the time of booking and no extra people are permitted to reside or sleep at the property.
- It is prohibited to wash the provided linens and towels.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. Any costs incurred for washing smoke-soaked curtains or upholstery will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the registered credit card.
- It is not permitted to organize parties or events of any kind inside the accommodation without the express consent of Canguro Italy Srl. It is also mandatory to respect the quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Never close the main security door.
- Guests must turn off lights and electronics and dispose of waste upon check-out.

Washer-dryer
Located in the bathroom with the tub.
Instructions:
Washing
1. Open the door by pressing the button (1) and insert the detergent capsule and the laundry into the drum.
2. Select the program by turning the knob (2). The programs in the red box are for drying.
3. Press the Start/Pause button (3).
Drying
1. Once the wash cycle is complete, turn the knob (2) to the OFF position, turn it again to the symbol *.
2. Press the button (4) to set the drying mode (automatic or timed).
3. Press the Start/Pause button (3).
Dishwasher
Located in the kitchen.
Instructions:
- Place the detergent or tablet in the designated compartment and close the lid. Use only dishwasher detergent.
- Press the ON/OFF button (1), the program button (2) and the START button (3).
- Close the door to start the machine.
Heating.
The heating is already preset. If you want to change the temperature, you need to use the thermostat located on the left wall in the hallway of the sleeping area. Open the cover, press the button with the little hand icon, adjust the temperature using the appropriate selector. Once the desired temperature is set, press again the button with the little hand to restore automatic operation.
Waste sorting.
In Cortina d’Ampezzo there are very strict roules for waste collection. Please follow the instructions below carefully:
1. Separate waste into the appropriate categories and put it in the relevant bags, which must then be sealed; it is not permitted to dispose of loose waste except paper, cardboard, glass and cans:
- Dry waste - plastic bag
- Food/organic waste - transparent biodegradable bag
- Paper, cardboard - without bag
- Plastic - blue bag
- Glass, cans - without bag
2. Take the waste to the small house located on the access road to the apartment. You will find some colored bins:
3. Place the waste in the appropriate bin, paying close attention.
Waste collection companies conduct frequent inspections. Incorrect dispose of garbage is subject to very high fines; any fine for non-compliant differentiation will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the registered credit card.
Electrical panel.
In case of a power outage, first turn off all running appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave) and check the electrical panel located inside the wardrobe in the hallway, past the living room on the right side. Ensure all switches are in the ON (upward) position. If not, switch them all back to ON.

If this procedure does not solve, you need to act on the main electric meter which is located outside the apartment. Go around the building, past the entrance door to the condominium and turn left. The meters are on the wall. Yours is the one with the name ANDREOLI. Again, bring the switch up to restore power.
